What works in teaching children with special educational needs and disabilities?
In December 2018,the Kusuma Trust partnered with the Educational Endowment Fund to fund a rigorous review of the evidence on ‘what works’ in teaching and learning for children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) in mainstream schools across the UK. A leading academic will be appointed to undertake the review, which will inform the development of practical, evidence-based guidance for all schools on the most effective teaching and learning strategies for pupils with special educational needs.
