We have awarded a grant of over £30,000 to The Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital Charity as part of our medical open call. The funding will contribute towards their Imaging Ultrasound Project, which involves the purchase of two new ultrasound machines – a Sonosite X-Porte and a GE machine.
The Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital’s Imaging Service forms part of every patient’s experience – it is fundamental to the diagnosis, evaluation and treatment of most neuro-musculoskeletal conditions. The Service performs around 60,000 scans each year, of which over 6,700 are ultrasounds. We are delighted to support their work.
