We are pleased to make a contribution of more than £8,000 towards the new Sensory Garden project in Holland Park. Through sound, touch, colour and smell, members of the local SEND (special educational needs and disabilities) community will be able to enjoy the sensory garden. Due to sensory conditions that prevent them being able to enjoy noisy and/or busy environments this new garden will engage them in a way they are not able to do so in the existing gardens of Holland Park
As an organisation one of our goals is to support work which improves the connections between London’s green spaces and the communities around them. We are happy to collaborate with The Friends of Holland Park on the construction of the sensory garden and look forward to hearing about its progress and impact.
