The mission of The Difference is to improve the life-outcomes of the most vulnerable children across the UK. They are working to bring together a coalition of aligned organisations (charities, think-tanks, unions and investors) who will put their expertise and extensive networks behind a campaign against learning lost due to such factors as the pandemic, escalating cost of living, and increasing pressure on statutory services.
We are delighted to join this endeavour by providing a grant of £75,000 to help conduct research & analysis, grow an understanding of the scale of the challenge of lost learning and to identify potential scalable solutions. The Difference will then utilise these findings to galvanise change by key education policymakers.
