To help West London Zone scale up their work, we have awarded them a grant of £100,000. Our funding will enable them to support 1,600 young people in West London to improve their mental health, social skills and academic attainment.
West London Zone helps children and young people build the relationships and skills they need to get on track socially, emotionally, and academically to thrive in adulthood. This is done through building trusted relationships, providing specialist support, and joining up each child’s support system, including families, schools and local organisations, to deliver a personalised 2-year support plan for each child.
It is hoped that our funding for West London Zone will give them the opportunity to increase the important service they provide.
